ParticipantHi,
I cannot create an event from the front end if it contains an image. There appears the message if the file already exists? Then I need to create the event without image and it works.
What is the problem?
Please have a look at and feel free to create test events.

MemberHello Philipp
We just released an update for Community Events that might resolve this issue. Can you check for that update?
I’d like to confirm that you’ve gone through the Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Finally, it would help us to diagnose the issue further by having your System Info on hand. Can you send that to us?
I have removed your login info as it was publicly viewable and also we do not log in to clients sites.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Courtney
Thank you for your great support.
In the meantime, I found the source of the issue. It is a plugin conflict with the plugin W3 Total Cache https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
If this plugin is activated, I cannot upload an event with an image.
What are the next steps? How can the problem be solved?
Thank you for your support
Regards
