We have purchased events ticket plus but I believe our 6 months of support has run out. Could you please let me know what the usual steps would be for extending this if we need to so we can discuss if an extension is worthwhile?
On another note, we are having an issue with our ticketing which needs investigating asap. We have made some purchases for tickets to events that have been successfully paid via PayPal, but there is no record of an order taking place, and the attendee has not been added to the list.
Please note that this relates to events on manawatuchamber.co.nz and the account holder is [email protected], but this is being lodged by Natalie, and my email address is [email protected], as I set up the website and provide the Chamber with support. Feel free to email her (Amanda) as she will pass on your messages to me, but please note you will be resolving this issue with me (Natalie).
