Calendar Widget jQuery events not binding

I have encountered an issue where we added a calendar widget to our home page. Nothing really customized or anything like that. However, none of the jQuery bindings to change months or show events via AJAX or jQuery were working. I added the class ‘tribe_mini_calendar_widget’ to the widget container and that resolved all issues. Was that a necessary step, or is something misconfigured?

Thanks for getting in touch! The basic issue is that your theme doesn’t properly use the ‘before_widget’ parameter when registering the widget sidebar, and so the appropriate CSS classes aren’t being added by WordPress. Take a look at @brook’s reply on this thread for some more context and let me know if you have further questions.
