In the calendar view of Event Tickets Plus, if I have three events on the same day, they are not listed in chronological order. How do I change that?
    Thank you.

    Hi Terri,

I took a look at your site, and from what I can see, the events in month view appear to be displaying in the correct order. Can you please provide some more details on what you would like to show up differently? I’ll be happy to see what I can recommend!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

The events are showing up in the order in which they were created. If I created an evening event before I created a morning event, the evening event will be listed first. The only reason they are showing up in correct order now is because I deleted the out of chronological events and created new events so that they would appear in correct order. If it would help, I can create a new event so that you can see the issue.
    Thank you.

    Hi Terri,

Thanks for clarifying…it sounds like the events are being listed based on the post date, not the event date?

If this is the case, is this happening only in month view, or in other views as well? This is likely being caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Can you try running through these steps to test this out? You’ll want to get down to a default environment (with a default theme enabled and all other plugins disabled) and see if this is still happening. Please make sure that you have with WP_DEBUG enabled during testing. The free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing if you don’t already have a staging environment.

Can you please share your system info with me as well?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

I believe we have solved the issue. The time zone was set to UTC rather than EST. Shortly after changing that, I posted two new events and they showed up in the calendar view in chronological order. The issue was always just with the calendar view, not the list or daily view. We were also deactivating plug-ins at the same time to eliminate that as a possible cause, and that could have helped, too. I will let you know if I experience more issues.
    Thank you for your help.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics.
