Calendar & Ticket Pro Versions Not Working

    Hi there

    I’m new to WordPress and I’m wanting to build a website to sell using woo-commerce. I have WordPress 4.8 and I’ve installed and activate my plugins (Event Ticket & Calendar etc) and Ive purchased Event Calendar Pro & Ticket Pro but as I go to active these purchased plugins its saying:

    To begin using Event Tickets Plus, please install and activate the latest version of Event Tickets and ensure its own requirements have been met.

    To begin using Events Calendar PRO, please install the latest version of The Events Calendar.

    I have the latest versions as I’ve just started on 29th Of June 2017 to build this website

    I installed the free versions of event tickets and calendar before purchasing the two pro versions

    I’ve attached screen shots of the error and the version of WordPress

    It would be great if someone could help

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Did you install the latest free versions of The Events Calendar and Event Tickets on your site? Both free and PRO versions should be installed and activated to everything work as expected!

    If the issue persists, can you please share your system information with us so we can further investigate your case?
