ParticipantHi,
I just bought a new license key, and attempted to update in wordpress cms on my customers website http://www.myfinalwishes.ca, however it says the license key is invalid. This license key purchase was under a new account. I was reading on the forums that the license might be mapped to a domain, which is why I am receiving this error. Can you please help map my license key to the domain http://www.myfinalwishes.ca if this is what is causing the issue? Thanks,
ShawnYou are using The Events Calendar: Community Events but your license key is invalid. You may need to download and install an updated version of the plugin. You can check the status of your licenses and download plugins by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com.

MemberHi, Shawn.
Sorry for the troubles here.
I do not see a Community Events license in your account, which you can view at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
You can see your recent orders at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/
Please review your purchase history and send along the Order# for your purchase of Community Events.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I accidentally purchased the wrong plugin license for the Events Calendar PRO – Personal Order #1371158Can you please cancel the order for the above license key and apply it to the community events license key since these are the same cost?
Alternatively let me know if you would like to process a refund for the Order #1371158 and I will purchase a license key for the correct community events plugin https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
Please advise next steps.
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks Cliff.
The license key is now updated in the plugin. I was hoping that renewing the license key would resolve the issue I am having however it did not.
Below is an outline of the issue I am still having.
Please find attached a screen shot of the two events that you can view only when logged into the CMS, but are missing from http://myfinalwishes.ca/events/list/ when not logged in. Also none of the new events I am adding are displaying when I am not logged into the wordpress CMS.
Here is a link to some screen shots of the issue: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxtAdQ04rr3FQWdpSWNkZnVuejg/view?usp=sharing
Hoping you can help me quickly resolve this because the client is now not able to market these events to the public and is loosing money every day.
Thanks,

MemberI see in your account that you have Community Events active as of Oct 30 and PRO is inactive (not renewed).
If I’m understanding your request fully, you’re submitting events via the Community Events form, but they’re not appearing in your event views.
Please check your wp-admin > Events and see if they are in Draft status.
You can change this setting at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Community tab
