Participantas object, the calendar does not display the last eventiinseriti pro …
example, if I insert the event on 3 December, he shows me the first event expired on 27 November …
to see past events and future events, they have to delete old events …There is no way not to see expired events without deleting them from the db ??

MemberHowdy Gianluca,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you out with this issue 🙂
Taking a look into your site calendar (http://www.jazzit.it/eventi/) I can see future events are showing as expected. They also seem to be showing in the correct order in the home widget.
Maybe you could fix this? Maybe I’m missing something?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberHey Gianluca,
Thanks for confirming that, I can now see it in the live site!
Not sure why this is happening to your calendar, best will be to start testing for conflicts: Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
The plugins version is a bit outdated as well. Do you have a staging/local site where you can test the update to the 4.0 release?

ParticipantNico hello!
Thanks for your time…
We have not updated the plugin to a recent version, because the programmer who worked on the site, has made some changes to make it suitable for graphically what we needed …
I have a test site, which is still on a server … even there the plugin worked well. But now I see gki old events
see here: http://www.duegi.roma.it/jazzit/
I do not understand why, we just moved the site from one server to another, worked well for 2-3 days, then he started to dae problems
I have a doubt … I have updated the license key by entering the new server after 3 days, the problem was already present, could depend on this ??December 4, 2015 at 12:30 pm #1035714Nico
MemberHi there,
Thanks for following up! The fact that the version is outdated might limit us here a bit. It’s your call but if no core files where modified by your dev, then updating shouldn’t be a pain (maybe some templates needs to be tweaked a bit but all visual overrides should be outside the plugin itself).
That being said, Could you follow along the Testing for conflicts guide? That’s the first step to trouble shoot this.
Have a great weekend and let me know about your findings,

ParticipantHELLO NICO
FACTS ALL TEST, BUT NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER PLUG-IN OR THE THEME …
WE HAVE TRIED TO AGGIORNATR The EVENT CALENDAR, AND SEEMS TO WORK WELL BUT AFTER UPDATE WERE LOST ALL CUSTOM MADE THAT WE …
TI FORWARD MAIL THE CONTROLLER THAT WANTS YOU TO SOME QUESTIONask if you can narrow down the problem to one or more files, a function, a configuration.
You can also ask if they give you the changelog or the link to the changelog (if public) from your version to the current one to see if it was a bug so maybe only applies the fix that implemented at the time.
I await your kind reply …
Thanks again for everything

MemberHey Gian Luca,
Thanks for following-up here! Strange thing to hear that upgrading the plugin made you loose your customization.
If you didn’t customize the core files (which is not recommended) of the plugin you should be good. Maybe some snippets or template overrides might need an update but not major things.
Sorry to ask again, but can you confirm that this is happening with just TweentyFifteen theme and our updated plugins enabled? Do you have a staging site were you can run these tests?
The change logs and release notes can be found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/category/products/release-notes/
THE CONTROLLER
That means the programmer?
Please let me know about this so I can help you getting it right,

MemberHey Gianluca,
Sorry to say we are not allowed to log in into client sites to make changes 🙁
I’m still inclined to think there’s some of incompatibility in your setup, as I’m not seeing any other reports of this recently and this seems to be a bit random (“we just moved the site from one server to another, worked well for 2-3 days, then he started to dae problems”). Was this working on the other server? Was it migration that broke this or migration + plugin update?
Have you checked the server error log? We might find something in there that help us see what’s causing this.
Also, if you switch to default theme and activate just our plugins, your site should be working. If it doesn’t work well (the site not the particular issue) maybe there’s something else going on. Can you contact your developer on this?
Sorry but this issue is really tricky till now, I’m really looking forward to solve this,
Have a great weekend,
