ParticipantA couple of things not displaying correctly for mobile on my site that uses the Events Calendar plugin:
– The Weekday Names are loading as full names instead of abbreviated, therefore they are overlapping each other.
– When you click on an event in the calendar, the event details do not load below the calendar. Nothing happens.I can see the above expected behaviors here in your demo: http://wpshindig.com/events/
Can you tell me if we are missing a particular component?

MemberHi @adamvicinus,
Sorry for the trouble here! The weekday abbreviations are a known issue and we are in the process of fixing that up as we speak. We are shipping a maintenance release this week and plan on including this fix in there if all goes according to plan. I’ve added this thread to the ticket in our system and will be sure to follow up with you when I know more.

Will you please run through the steps outlined here? I was unable to get that same error on my test site, so these steps will help us determine if there is a conflict at play, either with the theme or another installed plugin.
Thanks!

ParticipantToo funny. I was sent here with the same exact two mobile bugs!!
This is for Mobile only, works fine on computers. On mobile, it displays a dot which signifies there is an event that day, but you cannot click/tap it!In regards to the week abbreviations; is there a quick fix we can add to our functions file? This doesn’t seem like it’s much more than label renaming.

Like @adamvicinus, I would suggest running through our troubleshooting steps to check for conflicts. I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my test site, so that gives me a hunch that there is a conflict somewhere, which the steps will help determine.

I’m afraid I do not have one. We are hoping to ship the maintenance release this Wednesday (if all goes well!), so the fix is just around the corner.
Cheers,

ParticipantI’m having the same two issues on mobile as well. Is it possible to show week view on mobile?

MemberSorry, Jeffrey, not at the moment. 🙁
I do want to encourage the wait, however, because we are still aiming to have our next maintenance release (including a fix for the Month View titles in mobile) out tomorrow. I’m going to close this thread in the meantime but will follow up when that fix is out.
Cheers,

MemberHey folks,
Just wanted to follow up and let you know that we released version 4.1.1 last night and it included a fix for the date abbreviations in mobile Month View. Please update to the latest version if you haven’t already and do let us know if you continue to see any issues from there. 🙂
Cheers and thanks for your patience while we worked on this!
