Calendar, inventory control, payment processing integration

Hello,

Currently my client has a cooking school where we sell cooking classes, 16 people to a class.

We have events daily, including some days where we have two to three events per day.

We are using time.ly calendar and with the exception of not being able to visually separate two events on the same day adequately enough, we are happy with the calendar.

The challenge is inventory control. We only have 16 slots available but with our current setup with Paypal, we are unable to limit the inventory so we are stuck by the phone/computer having to update slots available/etc…until the classes fill up.

Does your events calendar pro and events tickets plugins – will those TOGETHER allow us to have the visual calendar we want, plus sell “tickets” to the class with inventory control, AND integrate with Paypal or a payment processor?

Please advise.

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Event Tickets Plus on its own will actually let you do what you are looking for, although Events Calendar Pro has some great additional features like additional calendar views (photo, week, and map) and shortcodes. In our free and Pro versions, events on the same day are separated from each other. You can see some examples over on wpshindig.com.

Using Event Tickets Plus, you can control the stock available on a per ticket basis or globally for the event – (see screenshot of ticket edit screen). This is all handled directly on the event edit screen. Checkout and payment processing are actually handled through either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, both of which are free plugins and do come with PayPal integration.

I’d also like to mention that we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with the products, so feel free to give them a test run and see if they’ll work for you! If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
