ParticipantWe import our events calendar from Outlook. All of the events are importing with the incorrect time. They are all 3 hours off. We had this issue a year ago or so. Our fix was to stop running an update. I was hoping with Aggregator, the issue would be resolved. Please tell me how to fix this. Otherwise, I will need to disable our calendar from our website until I get it fixed. Thank you!

I’m sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your imports. As a first step, please make sure that you have your timezones set up consistently. Here is our article on working with timezones: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/working-with-timezones/
Would you mind clarifying what you mean about “stop running an update”? Also, was this before you used Event Aggregator to import events?
If you still find that you are having the issue, the next step would be to test for conflicts.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
