Participantthe calendar has disappeared from the /events/ page and instead the most recent event details show up without the date orability to purchase tickets – just the info in the normal word press text area shows up. see http://womm.visionwebdev.com/events/
I would be happy to send login details if that helps. I am pretty sure the only thing we have done since it was working was install and license WPEC Tickets. Here is the info from the black box on the help page:

MemberI’m sorry to hear you’re hitting up against such a strange problem. Just to clarify:
- When you opened the topic you noted having already run through our standard troubleshooting steps: can you confirm this didn’t uncover any conflicts with your theme or another plugin?
- Are single events still accessible?
- Do you have any pages or posts with a slug of events and can you remove them if so?
- It could be worth flushing your permalinks – this is as easy as visiting Settings → Permalinks – you need change nothing … does that help?
Let me know how you get on – and if you can think of any other changes you or anyone else might have made before this problem surfaced do let me know.
Thanks!

ParticipantYes, I did go through the usual trouble shooting and single events are still viewable if you know the URL, like here:
http://womm.visionwebdev.com/event/beap-linguistics-and-communications-workshop/I only disabled the plugins and did not try deleting them entirely, but the only plugin not related to this one (and, thus required) is SEO by Yoast. I can try deleting that entirely and see what happens – update, I deleted SEO by Yoast completely and it did not help.
Nothing with a slug of events.
I just tried changing the permalink structure and changing it back and that didn’t help. Not sure how to flush the permalinks.
I (Ken) didn’t do anything and Ralph swears all he did was add content to existing pages.
Thanks for the help. This one is really weird because it was fine yesterday before we added the tickets plugin and I don’t think I ever checked it between that and today.

MemberYou shouldn’t need to delete plugins entirely, just deactivating them ought to suffice 🙂
Just to avoid any confusion, because you noted that you only disabled plugins, can you confirm the problem persists even with a default theme such as Twenty Fourteen?
What happens if, within the admin environment, you try to edit post 816? The link to do that should look something like this:
http://womm.visionwebdev.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=816&action=edit
Does this allow you to edit the content that you are seeing in place of the main events page? What is the slug of this page if so?

ParticipantThe solution turned out to be completely deleting and reinstaling WP ecommerce. All is good now!

MemberFantastic that the issue has cleared up – really odd that it was a conflict with WP ECommerce … if it does crop up again, please let us know!
(In the meantime though since it sounds like we’re all good I will go ahead and close this topic — thanks again!)
