calendar events only show the title.

Hi,
The calendar used to work. This is new.
Now the calendar page shows all the events and they have the same label.
if you hover over the event, then it shows the correct data.

what can be done to fix this.

Hi,

i have tested the plugin and theme as you recommended.
when i activate the theme”twenty seventeen” then your plugin works.
i guess this can be attributed to a conflict with my theme.

however, this has been working for years and no problem.
the theme has not been updated recently.
could this be a jquery conflict?
i’m out of ideas.

This could indeed be a jQuery issue…Do you have custom templates in place with this theme?

Unfortunately sometimes when code standards change and deprecation comes into play, things can break.

I’m not sure if reaching out to the theme developer would be an option, but sadly might be the best course of action.
