GuestHow do I get the calendar to show up? Do I have to have the pro version? I can see the events listing but when I click on the link that says “wheres my calendar” and it says click here the calendar does not display.

MemberHey Ryan
When you install The Events Calendar free plugin, by default the calendar will display on yoursite.com/EVENTS. You should also see the Events dropdown from the admin dashboard allowing you to “View Calendar”.
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum.
For further technical assistance, you can request help on the WordPress.org support forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Ryan
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Â
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).Â
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
If you are still having issues after that, please post your support request in https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar.
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
