Hi TEC Team !!
I think i have found a bug when making buy simulations of tickets.
When making a paypal refund vía woocommerce the system sends an e-mail informing the customer with the refund and under the refund numbers it says (You are going to receive the tickets in the next e-mail) or something like this. (I have it in Spanish and it says: Recibirás tus tickets en otro correo electrónico.)This is the same message the customer receive when buying a ticket.
It does not have a lot of sense when you are refunding a ticket. What do you think ?

Making more test i found a a strange behavior with the attendees list after refund of a ticket.
The problem is for example when you sell 9 tickets and make 3 refunds it still displays “Tickets sold: 9”
I have it in Spanish and it says “Entradas vendidas: 9”So the problem is that the system does not recount the refund tickets.
I hope you can understand what i’m talking aboutSeptember 27, 2015 at 4:42 am #1009015KarimParticipantHere Screenshoot with the problem.
As you can see the attendees list is of 605 but i set it to 600 when creating the ticket.
Why 605 if i set 600 tickets to sell in when creating the ticket ?Thanks !

Thank you for reporting all of this behavior! It definitely sounds like there could be some bugs here, and we can investigate further so that we can log these as bugs and thus fix them in a future release.
To help with that goal, can you share your “System Information” with us? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!
