ParticipantHi I’m having a very frustrating problem with the paid version! I created a recurring event series and I only issue RSVP tickets a week away so I selected ‘BREAK EVENT’ from series because I can’t seem to edit an event individually.
But what’s happening is that I’m on the page for event dated May 3rd and when I navigate to break event from series (see pic) it breaks an event from ANOTHER date and brings me to THAT page instead (see pic 2). SO frustrating.
What is going on? Is this a glitch or something I’m missing?? How can this be fixed? Thanks so much!!
A

ParticipantHi Hunter, thank you for your reply.
I hope you can help me solve this, because now this is affecting my RSVP process. I bought Event Calendar Pro and Tickets with the hope that I don’t have to spend time managing my ticketing process but each time I list an event something breaks and I have to do it anyway.I switched to 2015 and deactivated all plugins except the Events Calendar and Ticket ones.
I cleared my browser cache and went into THIS page to recreate the problem : http://www.labyrinthofenchantment.com/event/art-salon-enchanted-evenings/2016-05-03/ which is part of a series. I had created an RSVP ticket for this particular event but looks like every time someone tries to RSVP, it says the event is passed (and they are suddenly seeing THIS page instead : http://www.labyrinthofenchantment.com/event/art-salon-enchanted-evenings/2016-04-05/ and bookings gets added to the that past event’s Attendees, and sometimes not at all. I’ve lost RSVPs because of this. (there is not an option to view Attendees for the May event)
Does this mean that an event in a series can’t have it’s own RSVP bookings? I don’t understand why that would be the case.
When I try to RSVP for an event that I broke off (original question) everything works as should.
Hope to have your reply soon as the event is happening soon and I’m losing days! Thanks so much,

ModeratorHi A,
I truly do apologize for not catching this around, but at this time, RSVP/tickets for a recurring event are for the whole series, not for each event individually.
We are currently hard at work on adding the ability to create individual tickets for each event in a recurring series, so hang tight if possible and keep an eye on your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for feature release information.
Again, I apologize I didn’t realize what you were trying to accomplish the first time around and feel free to follow up with any questions or comments you may have. Happy Friday 🙂
