The website I wish to use the event ticket plus plugin on is also connected to another site – thereby, a multi-site network. I have not intentions nor need to use the ticket plus plugin on the other site. However, when installing the plugin to the main site, it says its activated, but invalid when I enter the code. I go on over to the plugin page of the other site, the one I have not intentions to use the plugin on and it is installed, but inactive. Common sense says, great, its only active on a single site – it should work. But nonetheless, its in invalid.

Can you please clarify how to bypass this multi-site association. It might be a complex programming problem on your end, maybe its not possible, but it seems unnecessary to pay another $60 for a site I will not use it on.

    Hi there Dana,

Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to try and help with this!

You’ll find the information about how multi-site licensing works in this article. I think you’ll find particularly relevant the section I’ve quoted below. However, please let me know if you’re experiencing issues with the plugin beyond he notice mentioned here, and we’ll work those out. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Best,

“?If you only want to use our plugin on a handful of sub-sites (10 or fewer) and are willing to perform manual updates, then you do not need a multisite license. In this case you can purchase a Personal license (for 1 sub-site), Business license (for 2-3 sub-sites) or an Agency license (for 4-10 sub-sites).

Note: If you use a Personal, Business, or Agency License for a site on a Multitsite Network, you may see a Disconnection notice in your account on this site when you log in and go to My Account โ†’ License Keys. You can ignore this. We are working to improve this messaging and functionality. Additionally, you may not receive notification that updates are available. When an update is available, you will need to visit My Account ยป Downloads to manually update the plugin.”

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
