It says there is no automatic update available for PRO. Should I just delete the plugin and reinstall. Will that get rid of any data?

    Hey Jon,

Thanks for reaching out and asking. It’s always a great idea to keep plugins up-to-date.

Before you delete anything though, please read our guide here on manually updating your plugins: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/. As outlined in the guide, be sure to make backups! It shouldn’t delete your data by deleting the plugin, but have a backup just in case.

If you have any other questions, please do let me know!

    Cheers,
    Neal

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
