Hello! Since I installed Events Calendar Pro my website is very slow. The problem seems to be a request connected to this plugin, which after about 2.5 seconds returns 404. I would be great if you could help me solve this issue.

Thank you for using The Events Calendar! I can help with this ?
Yes, I’m seeing this also when I use the Chrome Dev Tools inspector. The script in question is in your theme.
It looks like there may be a plugin conflict causing the problem. As a first step would you mind going through the Testing for Conflicts guide? You can find that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know what you find out and we can take it from there!

You’ve done great work troubleshooting and narrowing down the location of the conflict!
What I would look for in your child theme is make sure that script is enqueued properly, specifically confirm the file path is correct as it seems to not be able to find the file at all.
See https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/including-css-javascript/ for reference if needed.
Hopefully, this will be an easy fix for you!
