ParticipantMy first ticket was closed even though the issue persists, so I’m opening a new one. We are completely unable to use the plugin because of this.
I deleted all orders and all ticketed events, created a new event with 5 available tickets. The total available goes down to 0 after a single purchase regardless of payment method. All you have to do is look at the event in the backend and frontend a few times. It goes down by 2 every time you view the page. Twentyseventeen is the active theme, and the only active plugins are TEC, TECPro, ET, ETPlus, and EDD.

Thanks for taking your time to report this.
I can confirm this is an issue with our current versions of our plugins that results in a conflict with Easy Digital Downloads.
We are already working on a fix for this so I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

ParticipantThe bug has been solved in my clean install for tickets that do not have any existing sales. Tickets with a past sale still show 0 or “-16” or something else random. The client doesn’t feel Modern Tribe is trustworthy, however, and is still looking to replace TEC/ETP on the production site.

Thanks for following up with this to let us know about that.
Unfortunately, the fix won’t correct the sales number for past events. If you want to show the correct number of tickets available, you can edit the stock for each ticket.
I’m truly sorry to hear your client is looking for a different solution.
