As my colleague, Victor said in your original thread, we are aware of the issue and it is logged so our developers can take a look at it. At the moment I cannot give you any timeframe when that is going to happen. It is a high priority ticket so probably soon.
The workaround until this gets fixed would be to roll back to these earlier versions of the plugins.
- Event Tickets 4.5.7
- Event Tickets Plus 4.5.6
