ParticipantDear support-team,
after we’ve upgraded the plugin Event Tickets Plus to 4.0.4 30 minutes ago the tickets are gone in two ways:
– all the attendees list are empty
– it’s not possible to select tickets in the shop anymore because they are missing in the backend (if I want to create a new one it says it’s gonna sell the ticket via RSVP which looks weird to me too)I have the plugins Event Tickets, Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus. I have a weekly recurring event so I was used to it that all the tickets were collected at the first event of the recurring event. Now they’re gone. Also we had some one-time events, all the tickets there are gone too. The WooCommerce orders look good and nothing is missing.
Our next event is happening in 48 hours and the presale option is gone now. I hope you have an idea…
All the best!

MemberHi @schlauchius,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced difficulties of this kind 🙁
Just to clarify, does this problem only relate to tickets/events originally set up with WooCommerce Tickets (as opposed to Event Tickets Plus), or are you also seeing this with new tickets that you recently set up with Event Tickets Plus?
If you haven’t had an opportunity to identify this, that’s totally ok, just let me know.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Barry,
I just tried to add a new ticket but there’s no possibility to even add a price for tickets anymore, only the RSVP-option appears. So the test ticket I’ve created you can’t buy in the frontend but you can RSVP.
It’s like the connection of the plugins is gone all of the sudden. What would you recommend to do? Is a backup the only option I have right now?

MemberThat’s odd :-/
Can you share your system information? I’m particularly keen to learn which version of Event Tickets Plus is installed and active (it looks like you have up-to-date versions of The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, but I can’t detect Event Tickets Plus – your system info would be a more reliable way to test for this, however).
Thanks!

MemberThanks for sharing that info.
When I look at the list of active plugins I see Event Tickets (Veranstaltungstickets) but not Event Tickets Plus – which would be required here if you want to maintain integration with WooCommerce.
You initially noted that you already had that plugin – but is it possible it was inadvertently deactivated?

ParticipantThanks a lot – this solved my problem. I had to go through my FTP, delete it manually and then reinstall it. All tickets and data are back.
Now you guys have to fix one last problem: the recurring events attendees list. Do you know when you’ve planned to release it? In the moment in an event series my attendees list is always at the first event and also tickets people buy and get via mail are for that very first date which confuses them.
All the best!

MemberAwesome, I’m glad the fixed the initial problem 🙂

I’m afraid I don’t know. We’re aware this is a very popular request but, for the time being, ticketing remains unsupported in the context of recurring events.
As the main problem is resolved I’ll go ahead and close this topic – but of course please don’t hesitate to open new topics if you need help with anything else.
Thanks again!
