Is there a setting that exists or could be added so the summary of attendees (see example below copied from that section) shows only the ones that haven’t been refunded or cancelled? The final count is misleading. We’d like it to show only the ones that are attending, or at least show the number of refunded and cancelled orders in that section so we can get the right number of meals.
It would also be nice if the attendee list we can print or export had the option to not include cancelled and refunded people. We just want the list of those who are actually going and actually paid.example of section I’m referring to:
Event DetailsEvent Date: July 19, 2017
Venue: Saffron Valley East India Cafe
Post type: Events
Edit Event | View EventAttendees By Ticket
Last Minute Louie Member: 4 Sold (6 Remaining)
Member: 31 Sold (22 Remaining, 1 Cancelled)
Non-Member: 0 Sold (10 Remaining)
Lunch Sponser: 0 Sold (5 Remaining)
Main Sponsor: 0 Sold (1 Remaining)Checked in: 0
Total Tickets Sold: 35
Complete: 35Total RSVPs: 0
Going: 0
Not Going: 0(You see the total tickets sold and complete tickets still include a cancelled ticket and don’t show two refunded tickets.)

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, this is an issue we are already aware of. The number in “Total Tickets Sold” and “Complete” does not take into account the cancelled orders.
I will change this thread’s status to Pending fix and link it to the bug report so the team will let you know when we fix this issue.
We don’t have a workaround for the moment, but it a fix will be included in one of our next maintenance releases.
I apologise for the inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Best,

Thanks for hanging with us on this issue. We’ve just released an update to correct the capacity calculations. As always, we recommend that you back your website up, test on a staging site, and then take it live on your own website. Let us know how it goes!
