    I hope you are well.
    1. Please advise whether I can email the order receipt with the QR code to both the attendee and myself/admin?
    2. How can I resize the icon on the venue’s map?

    Hello,

    You can copy an admin on the ticket email by adding this snippet to the functions.php file of your child theme – note that you will need to replace the example emails in the snippet with your email address.

    Regarding the map, you might need to add some CSS…I would first recommend adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!     The snippet that you sent me was added on to the child theme, but no luck…
    The ticket email is sent to the logged user only.

    Just to verify, are you using WooCommerce to sell tickets? If not, which ecommerce platform are you using? Can you also share your full system info with me?

    Thanks for sending that info. I tested out the snippet on my end, and it was working for me. Can you try updating everything to the current versions:

    Event Tickets: 4.7.6

    Event Tickets Plus: 4.7.6

    I have updated both the plugins to the latest updates.
    Still no luck.

    I’m sorry that it’s still not working – it looks like you entered the code correctly. It could be that there is something else on your site conflicting with the code; you can check for this by running through the steps outlined here. If you do find a conflict, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to see if I can point you in the right direction! Make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply.

    Also, if you haven’t done so already, be sure to check your junk folder to see if the email landed there!
