Attendee list has more attendees that there is sold tickets

Hi,

attendee list show the count of tickets sold 23, but actually there is only 19 tickets sold. What causes this problem.

Hi! I’m sorry to hear you have hit difficulties here.

Can you confirm in the first instance which of our ticketing add-ons you are using, and also let me know if you have performed any manual inventory changes or operations such as refunds, order cancellations etc?
