Attendee list disappears when tabbing away from the updated Qty field

    Hi,

    I usually use the Tab key like many other users to move from one form field to another. When I use the Tab key to move from the updated ticket Qty field to the next available filed, the attendee section disappears right away. It does show up as soon as the ticket qty is updated, however when tabbing away from the updated Qty field, it disappears and there is no way to bring it back.

    Please advise to to solve this problem.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us! Sorry for the delay in our reply, but we do not monitor the forums on weekends.

    I’ve checked out the link you pointed me to, but as the event has passed the tickets form is hidden. Browsing other events on the site, I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue as there was no attendee list ๐Ÿ™

    What I did, was to try and recreate this in my own test site, but I’m not seeing the error you described: https://cloudup.com/cNzAbCYK63u

    Can you please point me to an URL where I can reproduce the issue? Have you tried following the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? If not please do so, this will indicate if it’s a theme related issue or not.

    Hi Nico,

    I updated the tickets’ expiration date – you can go back to the same page and test the issue. I see that in the video you sent, there is no attendees section. If you would like to recreate the issue in your environment, you need to enable Attendee info collection feature so that when you change the ticket qty, it will show the attendee section to collect their information.

    Thanks for clarifying Marina! I thought you were referring to the attendees list (who’s attending to the event) instead of the attendee meta.

    I can see this in your site, but I cannot still reproduce this in my local test site (tabbing from the quantity input takes me to the first attendee field below).

    Have you tried following the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? If not please do so, this will indicate if itโ€™s a theme related issue or not.

    Can you please try what I suggested above? Also, are you using a custom theme built for your site or is it a stock theme?
