Attendee Information Not Showing On Non-Standard Themes (Enfold and Stockholm)

Hi,

I am currently trying to setup a site using Enfold and your various plugins.

What happens is that the attendee information doesn’t appear when using the + or – buttons but does work if the user types in the quantity.

This is the same problem as this user:

Additional Attendee Info Fields Not Displaying

He was smart enough to engineer a solution himself. I can’t. 🙁

Please advise on a solution.
