    Just wanted to report that I was able to find success as recommended by Andras in this support ticket (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/custom-field-values-for-attendees-not-saved-to-cart/).

    Clearing the checkboxes for “immediate” and “pending” options and only using the “processing”, “on-hold” or “completed” options fixed the issue of attendee data not being saved following user checkout.

    Fixed temporarily with suggested fix. Waiting on a more permanent fix.

    Thanks for noting that the fix there works well — this is a bug we’re actively investigating, and I will post updates about that bug to this thread as we learn more.
