    Our client has an event setup with a fieldset of 3 Attendee Information fields.

    This information isn’t asked for during purchase anywhere. Once the tickets have been purchased however a user can click to view their tickets and enter it there but they won’t know to do this. How do we get these questions to show up during the purchase process?

    You “Collecting attendee information” doc says “your attendees will be asked to fill them out for each ticket they purchase.”

    Thanks so much for getting in touch with us!

    Attendee information fields should show up in the tickets form (one set of fields per ticket), just like this:

    tickets

    If you are not seeing the fields in the ticket form as shown, please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

    Also, can you please send me a link to an event with tickets that have attendee fields?
