Attendee Info on New Customer Order missing now

    Our new customer order emails used to contain the Ticket Details for all the attendees that bought a ticket and now they dont.

    Before:

    New customer order
    You have received an order from Janet Silvus. The order is as follows:

    I don’t really know where to look or what to edit to get this information back on the New Customer Order email. I have Tickets Email: Add Attendee Meta Info box checked, but I think that is just for the Ticket email, and not the New Customer Email.

    Any suggestions or help to get that info back on the New Customer Email would be GREATLY appreciated. thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that issue.

    By default, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins. I’m not sure how you were getting that information to be shown in the WooCommerce orders before, but we do have an extension to accomplish that > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/

    Please try it out and let us know if it works for you.

    We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
