ParticipantHi everyone,
We’ve been having an issue w/Attendee Info per this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/http-error-500-when-trying-to-save-attendee-info/
I had the temporary fix described in that thread up until today when I updated to 4.2.7. I tested adding new Attendee Info with this new version and it all worked, except:
I now notice that the information entered for additional Attendees (name, email, etc) is not showing up in the Tickets Email like it did before today’s plugin update.
I’m wondering if it’s a bug similar to what Cliff mentions in his first reply in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/additional-info-like-attendee-name-appearing-on-the-ticket/

ParticipantHowdy Paul,
I am sorry this is giving you issues. I am sad to see it looks like that bug resurfaced in our latest version. Fortunately I have a fix for now, while we wait for this to get patched. Download, install, and activate this mini plugin: tribe-snippet-tickets-email-options-2016-08-30
Now go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Tickets and you will see the option to “Add Attendee Meta Info” to the tickets email. Check that box, hit save, and you’re done. The info is back.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We will notify you when a fix is about to be released for this. After updating to the fixed version uncheck that box or deactivate the plugin, to avoid getting duplicate info.
Does that all make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

ParticipantHello!
I wanted to post a quick note here that we have published a new Maintenance Release today that should address some of the problems reported in this thread.
You can read about the details of this release here → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-4-3-2-event-tickets-4-3-2-premium-plugins/
I hope this update helps!
If issues persist, open a new thread in the forums and be sure to include your site’s complete, un-edited “System Information” as per the instructions in this knowledgebase guide.
Cheers,

ParticipantHowdy Paul,
In addition to what George said you might deactivate the above plugin, or at least disable its attendee meta setting. Or else you might get two attendee meta sections in your outgoing emails.
Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
