I have tried to find the answer to this without much success. I understand that a person can buy multiple tickets for an event.

Let’s say that Fred Smith buys 4 tickets in one purchase for himself and Mary and Jack and Joan. Is there a way for each attendee name (and possibly other data) to be added during the purchase as this is important for name badges at the event among other things.

Is one ticket issued (with four “spots”) or four tickets in this example?

This is a key feature that is not clearly documented on your site.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out! By default, tickets that are purchased as a group in a single transaction will all be assigned to the buyer specified during checkout, as there is only one field provided for name entry regardless of the number of tickets purchased. If you need to account for additional persons, I’d suggest using the Attendee Information feature to add one or more optional fields where users buying tickets for multiple attendees can add the names of any other guests in their party. You can read more about this feature on our Knowledgebase here:

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
