Application Key is greyed out

    I just purchased event tickets and installed, did my api set up and it is giving me an issue when I enter the API info. the application key is greyed out.

    when I hit save i get this error.

    Your form had the following errors:
    Application Key must contain numbers and letters only
    The above setting was not saved. Other settings were successfully saved.

    Wordpress and all your plugins are on the latest version.

    I tried the beta version and could not quite figure that out …. lol. So I re-installed this and still not accepting my Application Key

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    This is greyed out on this page, correct?

    Events > Settings > Add-Ons APIs Tab > “Application Key”

    I am not seeing the issue on my test site.

    Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
