So, this would be very cool and I hoping someone out there might be smart enough to give me some insight.

I am currently running the ICAL importer every 30 minutes which is feeding off of my Google Calendar.
BUT, my church was hoping to have the ability, for people to go on our website, and actually add an event themselves, which IF approved, would be accepted and added to our calendar, is there any way you guys have seen this be done?

If so, that would be a miracle, please fill me in!
Thanks everybody and have a spectacular day 🙂

    Hey Michael!

I’m not sure if “smart” is the word I’d use to describe myself, but I do know the answer to this question!

We actually have a plugin designed to do exactly what you describe. Our Community Events plugin allows users (logged in or anonymous) to add events from the front end of your site. Once they’ve added an event, you can specify whether it should be published immediately or if you’d like to review it first, then publish it.

You can learn about all the great features and functionality by visiting our Community Events plugin page. Please let me know if this answers your question and have a good upcoming weekend!
