Allow comments on single-venue page

Hi there!
I made it work to allow and show comments on my single-venue pages with this tutorial:

Allow COmments on Venues

The only thing which isn´t working is that it isn´t counting the comments in the following tag:
<h1 id="comments" class="page_title">No comments</h1>

On the normal pages there is something like:
<h1 id="comments" class="page_title">1 Comment</h1>

Where can I change this?
It´s really necessary for me to get this working.

I would love to help you with this topic.

But first, can you confirm if you have :

• Used both of Barry’s snippets ?
• Changed the setting in Events > Settings > Display to Default Page template ?

Could you also share an example URL where you have the comments enabled, so that I can take a look at it ?

Finally, it might be a simple matter of tweaking the snippets to add the proper syntax to get the comment counts as explained here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/comments_number
