ParticipantThe Events Calendar is incompatible with All in One SEO, a very important plugin for how I get traffic to my other sites. This is a very common plugin that many sites rely on. Please make it compatible

MemberHi Mary!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
We are not aware of any specific conflicts with All in Once SEO plugin, but as with any other plugin or theme out there, sometimes conflicts can occur.
Could you please provide us with some more details about the conflict? We will try to reproduce it on our end so we can find the source of the problem and see if we can find a fix for it.
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ?
Please let us know about it.
Thanks,

Participant“Could you please provide us with some more details about the conflict?” When The Events Calendar Pro and All in ONE SEO are both enabled, The Events Calendar shortcodes do not work.

MemberHi Mary!
Thanks for clearing that out.
I have just made a few tests with All in One SEO plugin activated and the tribe_events shortcode works on my end. Is that the shortcode you’re using? If not, please let me know which one and where you are placing the shortcode in.
I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting
Please let us know about that and please share with us your system information. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,

ParticipantDivi is my theme, All in One SEO does work when Divi is not active… Divi and All in One SEO work together on the 20 other websites I have. This means, when using The Events Calendar PRO I have to choose between Divi and All in One SEO, which is unacceptable.

ParticipantWould you like my Divi access token so that you can replicate the issue on your end?

MemberHi Mary!
Thanks for following up with this.
It’s good you could narrow the problem down to a conflict with Divi and/or All in One SEO.
We have a copy of Divi to test on our side. Could you please let me know the steps you make that results in the shortcode not working? Please also let me know the exact shortcode you are using and where you are placing it.
Also, don’t forget to share the system information with us so we can reproduce the exact same system settings on our end.
Once we reproduce the conflict, we will try to find the source of it.
Thanks,
