ParticipantAn all-day event lasting multiple days does not show up if it starts in one month and ends in the next month. It is fine when the multi-day event is in the same month. Please see June 30-July 9, 2018, “Mission Trip: London 2018”. Compare to “Turning Point Mission Trip: Detroit 2018” on July 15-19, 2018.
I tried changing the dates to July 1-July 9, 2018 and that works fine. It’s only not working when it crosses over from June-July 2018.
One other item: please fix the error that our Events Calendar Pro license key is invalid. We only use it on this website and the staging site. If you show it as valid somewhere else it is incorrect.
Thank you!

KeymasterHi Betty,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is actually a known issue with multi-day events not spanning into the next month, but we’ve been working on a fix for this which should be released shortly! I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket, so as soon as it’s released, we’ll update you here.
Regarding the license key, could you verify that the key is entered into the box under Events Calendar Pro under Events > Settings > Licenses? It is actually quite common for users to enter it under the Event Aggregator section accidentally, which can cause this message to show up. I did take a look at your license, and everything looks alright on this end. Let me know if this works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantThanks, Jennifer.
We have two different license keys entered in the Settings > Licenses page.
One for the Event Aggregator and one for The Events Calendar PRO. They both match what is listed under The Events Calendar > My Account > License Keys.
Should I delete the one in the Event Aggregator field?

ParticipantI have not heard back if I should delete the Event Aggregator license code. It is different from the Events Calendar Pro license code.

KeymasterHi Betty,
Sorry about the delayed response! Can you try deleting the Pro code and disconnecting the site by following these instructions? You can do this just for Pro, you do not need to do it for Event Aggregator as well. Can you also try removing the key from the staging site and see if that gets rid of the message? If so, you can still update the plugin on the stating site, but you would need to do so by following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHi Jennifer,
No, that did not work. I deleted the license key from the staging site and followed your instructions. Could you issue us a new license key number that will work?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
