Aggregator License Expiration Affecting PRO

After updating the Events Calendar plugins on our website – we have the following plugins: Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, Shortcode, Aggregator, Community Events, and Filter Bar, we realized our PRO plugin had been deactivated. Upon our attempt to activate the plugin, we were prompted that our license had expired for the PRO plugin. After signing into our Events Calendar account, we have confirmed that our PRO plugin license does not expire until late March 2018. However, our license for the Aggregator did expire in October 2017. It seems like our license expiration information got lost in translation between The Events Calendar and WordPress.

How do I fix this?

Hi Paul,

I just checked your license and you are correct – everything looks good on this end. You’re all set with Pro until March 2018. Can you double check that your license keys are entered in the correct boxes under Events > Settings > Licenses? You can see which license is for which product here. It is actually very common for these to be entered into the wrong box and can result in erroneous license messages being displayed.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, can you please share your system information with me?
