ParticipantWith each upgrade you Aggregator becomes more and more useless. Here are my issues:
1. None of the scheduled imports every import. Doesn’t matter if I set for daily, weekly or monthly. It hasn’t worked for months.
2. The manual import button in the scheduled import area doesn’t work. It’s like the button at a crosswalk, just there for show.
3. With the last upgrade, it is impossible to do any manual imports now. With each upgrade, the system becomes more useless. Now there isn’t even a field to put a Facebook event URL (see image).
I’ve purchased four premium pug ins and now actively looking to find a new calendar. The system progressively gets more and more useless. I’ve spend a LOT of money as you have to renew these premium plugins annual and have done some for a few year. Extremely disappointed that you’ve let some intern get a hold of your code.

MemberHi Michael,
I’m really sorry to know that you are experiencing these issues. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
Regarding the first issue: We’ve had other users reporting similar issues with scheduled imports as well and we are actively investigating this. As we cannot replicate the issue on our side, it’s hard to find the source of it, so we need to try different angles to approach this. Some of our customers reported that rescheduling the imports solves the issue, so I would suggest you to do the same and check if the issue persists after that (this test will only be possible after we find the conflict that is preventing you to run manual imports as well).
Regarding the second and the third issues: These problems are most likely associated with a plugin or theme conflict. Can you please follow this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it?
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while trying to import new events? All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log.
These are important steps to identify and solve the problems you’ve been experiencing.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!
Regards,
Patricia
