Advertising with the events calendar

I would like to use an advertising plug in that will allow me to insert banner ads on the calendar page. Is this possible? I was looking at the “Advanced Ads” plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-ads/

You could use our Calendar Widget Areas extension or one of our action or filter hooks. Neither of these options require a paid add-on.
