Administratively editing attendee information?

I use The Events Calendar with Event Tickets Pro to gather mandatory info from our attendees as required by our venue:
their name,
age group,
emergency contact 1 name and number,
emergency contact 2 name and number.

Sometimes they forget to fill these fields in completely (missing a last name, for example.), and I have to hassle them to resolve this.

90%+ of my attendees are repeat customers so I have prior registrations from past events. Is there a way, through the wp-admin backend, to update an attendees Attendee Information for them once the ticket has been ordered?

Separately, is there a way for attendees that are logged in to perhaps save these details to their wp profile, so that if they are logged in they could auto-populate these details into the ticket fields?

Adapting this to WooCommerce tickets will require a bit of customization on your end.

If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

As an alternative, since I can totally see how this could be a cool feature to have, I recommend you suggest it in our <u>User Voice forum</u>. That way other customers can vote for it!
