Additional Fields on Order Details

Hi

before I purchase Event Calendar Pro version, I would like to ask a question.

In this Pro version, it will have an Additional Fields which I really need it. But, will all the inputs appear in Order Details (under WooCommerce) once customer made a purchase?

The Additional Fields are meant to add additional information to events only. You can learn more about them here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/.

If you want to collect additional information for each attendee when purchasing a ticket, then you can create fields to each ticket like it shows here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/

On the other hand, if you want to add additional fields to a Woocommerce order then you will need to customize the Woocommerce checkout process or find a plugin that does just that.

Hi,

thanks for the reply. I just realize that, I need an attendee information when they purchase a ticket.

I’ve bought the Ticket Plus. I’ve checked the box to collect the attendee information such as name, contact number, jersey size etc. But, in the WooCommerce order, the attendee information doesn’t appear anywhere.

Once collected, the attendee information will be accesible when you see the attendee list for the event, under the “Details” column, not in the Woocommerce order page.
