Additional fields Checkbox

Hello,
I wanted to ask how to make the modifications described below.

The customer wants to subpage event somewhere near tickets available was the opportunity to select the checkboxes additional paid options.

Current events page: http://www.positivepro.eu/szkolenie/cobit5-foundation/
Home is where checkbox’s + screen attached: http://www.omec.pl/terminarz/symulacja-projektowa-kinshasa-2/

Please let me know how to do this, or if someone takes such a modification?

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately at the moment that is not possible straight away with our plugins.

But there is a workaround, so you can do something similar.

For that you will need to use the WooCommerce product page to sell tickets and I think a WooCommerce plugin that gives you the product add-ons.
