I have a site set up with your plugins, WooCommerce and WPML. When all three are active any new tickets added are not displayed in the product admin page (the behaviour is exactly as the screengrabs in this forum entry: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-not-showing-in-my-new-events-managed-to-get-it-on-1-event-only/#post-930054). The WooProducts (tickets) do not show up.
If I disable and re-enable the WMPL plugin then the tickets appear.

MemberHi there, David! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry you’re hitting some trouble with adding tickets.
There is a known conflict with WPML that can cause the sort of issue you’re seeing. We’re certainly aware of it and are doing our best to work with the WPML team to find the best solution, which will definitely take some work on both ends.
I’m sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you here, but I hope this at least sheds some light on the issue.

ParticipantHi, i’m experiencing the same problem. My work-around at this moment is the following:
i create my new events with the tickets (which are saved, but do not show at that moment), i safe/publish the event, disable the WPML plugins and re-enable them and voila…. the tickets are there… very strange, but it works.
I hope this can be solved.

MemberHi there, David! We’ll be working with the fine folks over at WPML on this, but unfortunately, I don’t have a timeframe for when that will be addressed. IÂ have added this thread to our system so that we can try to follow up with you directly here when we have more progress to share.
Thanks for the workaround, Jos! I hadn’t seen that before and it’s good to know that is a possibility. We appreciate you sharing. 🙂
