On thing I am noticing from the screenshot you sent is that WooCommerce is not in your list of plugins (but maybe that’s because it was a partial screenshot).
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Jens,
Thank you for sharing your system information.
I believe I know what the cause of the issue is: currently, we unfortunately offer full support for Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus combined with WMPL.
Only our core plugin and the Events Calendar Pro are supported.
I apologize for the inconvenience this might be causing. That being said, I have a couple of good news for you:
- Although I cannot share a date with you, I can tell you that increased WPML compatibility will happen this year.
- I was part of the team that worked on the requirement for that. This means that I can provide manual workarounds in the meantime. The only downside (aside from the fact that they are manual) is that they require some direct database edits (via PHPmyadmin) – so you would have to be comfortable with that to go ahead.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know if you want to see if the work around can work for you.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi again Geoff and thanks for your answer.
I might be able to work on the database, otherwise I know someone how`s comfortable with it.
Please let me know the instructions to work around the problem.
Thanks a lot!Best regards

MemberGood evening Jens,
Before attempting anything, please make a backup of your Database.
So here’s what the issue is and what the workaround consists of.
The issue:
When the tickets are created with WPML active, they are not sent to the icl_translations DB table (as a normal post would).
This table is the “Map” WPML uses to establish what is the correct language for each post and custom post.As such, they don’t get assigned a language_code, which in turn means that they do not get returned for display because, according to the table WPML uses, they “don’t exist”.
Solution:
Deactivating and reactivating the plugin forces an entry in the icl_translations DB table FOR EACH post found in the wp_posts table. As an alternative, you could also use the debug page that has a button to assign a language to every post.
EACH entry created that way gets the default language assigned as its language_code.
You will then need to go through the icl_translations DB table and make sure each ticket is assigned the correct language code.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
