Adding Events and integrating the calendar with my theme

Hello,
i am working on a theater website and the board members want to be able to login to a part of the site and manage the calendar, adding, removing events and such (mostly for like rehearsal schedules and such) I am using a template that has a login feature already… so my question is how do i add the calendar on the member only pages also how do i have members managing that?

should i just not use the login feature on the theme and give different roles to different users? i am a bit confused on the process

The Events Calendar does not have the sort of user-access management features you are describing here; in fact, none of our plugins do 🙁

So, unfortunately, for more information about your custom templates and such you may need to contact your theme developer’s support channel for more assistance on that. (You said this: “I am using a template that has a login feature already”, so I assume this is a theme that you have purchased from somewhere or something like that).

I’m sorry that there isn’t much actionable information in my reply here; this is not a question we have much insight on, unfortunately. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
