I am trying to figure out how to add the default events header to my http://www.indianatrailrunning.com/events/ page since it doesn’t look like I have control over the default page? I am using the Alora theme.

Thank you for your help, Terry

    Hello Terry!

Quick question: are you using the “Default Events Template” option in Events > Settings > Appearance? If so, please try switching that to the Default Page template and see if that makes a difference. Conversely, if you are not using the Default Events Template, please try that as well.

Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

    Thanks!

    Thank you Geoff,
I switched between the following: Skeleton, Full, and Tribe events styles.
and in each of those I used the templates: default event, default page, 100% width, and blank page

With no luck. The header does not show up with the following: http://www.indianatrailrunning.com/events/

    What you you next recommend?

    Thank you, Terry

Thanks for giving that a shot, Terry!

I haven’t seen this sort of thing come up often but, when it does, it is either because of the template being used (which we’ve tried) or a theme/plugin conflict. Will you please following the steps outlined in this guide so we can test for conflicts? If the header shows up in default WordPress conditions, then we can pinpoint what is causing it to disappear.

    Thanks!
    Geoff
