Kate
ParticipantHi,
I have just noticed that the ticket email that is sent upon order confirmation does not include the full venue address. Can you advise how to include this thanks.

KeymasterHello Kate,
I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue. Let me try to help you with this.
To be able to help you, I would like to ask you for a couple of things as a start:
1. Could you please share your system information with me in a private reply?
Here’s a handy guide how you can do that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/2. What info would you like to have on the ticket?
3. Could you please send me screenshots of the a) venue setup; b) the ticket.
Once I have these I will be able to help you out.
Cheers,

Participantooo… but I have just realised… that my first line dropped out of my venue… I think it may have been when I was copying information…. so I am
1. Not sure whether the first line would have displayed or not
2. Would need the postcode (zip) anyway)So, What I want to display is data:
Address (Line one)
City
State
Postal codeThanks in advance.

KeymasterHi Kate,
That’s curious. By default the address should be included in the email with the ticket:
https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2015/12/Screen-Shot-2015-12-02-at-12.59.45-PM.pngIf there is extra info you would like to add, then you need to do some customization.
As a start I recommend you to look at our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/and our template overview:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/template-overview/This should get you started. Please let me know if you need any further help.

ParticipantHi Andras, In your example (first link) the zip code is not shown, I personally think this is quite an important piece of info…. is it not? I will try and figure out how to add it myself but I think it should be part of a std ticket.

KeymasterHi Kate,
Thanks for getting back to me on that. You are right, it doesn’t show the zip code.
I will definitely forward your suggestion to the development team, so it might be fixed in a future release.
Let me know how far you get.

KeymasterHi Kate,
Here’s another piece of info that should elp. You can get the zip with the
tribe_get_zipfunction call.
