I see that we should now be able to add ticket orders manually through the WooCommerce options. (see: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/wootickets-sales-at-the-door/ ).
The problem I have is that when I do so, the available tickets does not decrease. Instead, the # of attendees goes up, but so does the number of available tickets for the event.
For example, I’ve an event “Event A”. Capacity for the event is 18 people. So far 6 people have bought online, so I have 12 tickets available. The Attendee list says “Sold 6 of 18”. Now someone calls in and wants to buy 2 tickets. I add them manually through WooCommerce. Everything works well, except that the Attendee list now says “Sold 8 of 20”!. The number of tickets sold is accurate, but now it increased the capacity of the event!
