"Add to cart" button doesn't work

    Hi there,

    I’ve just purchased the Wootickets plugin and try to set it up properly.

    1) I created a test event with the tickets but when i try to add tickets to the cart it doesn’t work. I click on “Add to cart” and get redirected to an empty cart.
    2) I don’t have a quantity field. How do i add it? see a screenshot: http://snag.gy/0W9IO.jpg

    PS I use Woocommerce to sell other stuff, not only tickets so can it be a conflict?

    Hey there, Peter! thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the issue here. Let’s see if we can pin down what’s happening together. 🙂

    First off, I want to make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins. Are you currently using The Events Calendar 3.9.1, WooTickets 3.9.2 and WooCommerce 2.3.5?

    Secondly, I think your question about a possible conflict is totally valid. Will you please run through the steps outlined in this guide? Then, let me know if you see a difference when all other plugins are deactivated and a default WordPress theme are active.

    Let’s start there and see what we find before getting any deeper.

    Hi Geoff,

    I found the problem. The code that shows the quantity was commented out in Woocommerce plugin:
    /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/global/quantity-input.php

    So now everything works smooth.
