    Our add-to-cart button works but takes an awfully long time to load to the cart. In addition, when you hover the mouse over the add to cart button it does not change the appearance of the mouse as other buttons do.

    Hi Emily,

    Thanks for providing me with that information.

    As a first troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes.  You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.

    In addition, can you check if you see the same issue when you switch to a default theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
